Graham has been employed in construction since the age of 16 initially on the contract side in plumbing and pipe fitting. In 1983 following studying and passing the Institute of Clerks of Works of Great Britain exams he started working as a clerk of works, initially involved in social housing, Graham established GSB Consultants in 1993, and has worked on a variety of schemes throughout the UK since, with a proven track record of delivering quality schemes .
